Levi is the son of Kuchel Ackerman, sister of Kenny Ackerman. Their grandfather had two or more sons, one of which, of course, was Kuchel and Kenny’s father.
Now he is the one that is related to Levi, Kenny and Levi’s mother Kuchel. How they are related though has not been fully established as of yet. Although we do know that Kenny and Kuchel are siblings. I do agree that Levi and his mother do look Asian, but don’t believe they are. Mikasa is stated to be the last Asian left behind the walls.

As well, Mikasa inherits her Asian heritage from her mother’s side of the family, but usually the last name comes from the father’s side of the family, and her father was not Asian. So, if Kenny and Levi are related to her, then it is through her father.
How are Levi and Kenny related?
Nobody knows exactly how they are related . Everything is just a theory at this point. There is literally no further evidence in the manga outside that they have the same last name, so all these people saying Kenny is Levi’s father or Mikasa’s uncle or whatever are just pushing their own theories.
